Shipping/Handling Charges:
These charges are based on the total weight of the order as packed for shipping, and are calculated in US pounds.

Shipping Weight:
The total weight of the product and packaging when packaged for shipping.

Shipping Costs:
At this time, shipping charges are not determined automatically.  We will make every effort to contact customers with the shipping quotes and total cost the next business day, except for major holidays.  Shipping quotes for orders received on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday are normally e-mailed out for customer approval on the following Monday or Tuesday.  Please note that we only charge actual shipping costs; there are no additional handling, processing or packaging fees.

When We Ship:
Orders are normally shipped the next business day following receipt of customer approval of shipping method and cost.  Customer approval of shipping cost and method is expected before the payment is requested or charged, and before the order is shipped.  You will be contacted if an item is temporarily out of stock.

Sales Tax:
Sales tax will be charged for items shipped to Washington locations.  The sales tax will be calculated at a rate of 8.4% on the total for both the parts and the cost of shipping.

Package Inspection:
Please inspect packages immediately upon delivery. If your package/product arrives in damaged/unacceptable condition, refuse shipment and contact DeLorean Parts Northwest immediately.

Return Policy:
If you are not satisfied in any way with a product from DeLorean Parts Northwest, you may exchange or return the item within 30 days from the date the order* was shipped without incurring a restocking fee.  Products returned after 30 day deadline may still be exchanged or returned for credit but they will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.  Merchandise that has been damaged by any means other than during shipment to the customer, altered in any way or is otherwise not fit for resale will not be accepted for credit or exchange under any circumstances.

Return Credit:
When an item has been returned in accordance with this policy, a return credit will be provided for charge card purchases, and a check will be provided for items purchased by check.

Shipping Charges:
Shipping charges are not refundable. In addition, the customer must pay return shipping unless it was our shipping error.

Return Shipping Instructions:
The customer is responsible for the condition of all returned items. All merchandise returned to DeLorean Parts Northwest that has been damaged, as a result of return shipping, will not be credited or exchanged. To avoid this inconvenience, please purchase insurance for all return packages.

Return Notification:
If for any reason you need to return merchandise, you must contact us prior to shipping it in order to receive proper instructions and authorization. If possible, simply send your return request as a reply to your shipping or order confirmation email. Any returns received without prior authorization may be refused.

*Custom/Special Order Items:
Custom work and Special Order Items are not generally refundable.  Please contact us for details on these items.
